What type of information is stored?
Klinyx, LLC ('We') stores in its database 'Known Personal Information' and 'Unknown Personal Information'. Known personal info is your email address, zip code along with first and last name. We also store the first name of who the service is intended for, your relationship to them and a portrait image. Unknown personal information that we store can be in the form of videos, images, audio and text that may contain personal information.

How is the information collected?
Known Personal Information ('Known PI'), is collected when you sign up for an account. You email us the known PI listed above and we create your account. Unknown Personal Information ('Unknown PI'), is collected via the content submission forms on the the Klinyx Memory Mode website when logged into your account.

Why is the information collected?
Know PI is collected to create your account and match it to billing. Unknown PI may be inadvertently collected to benefit your loved one who is suffering from a type of dementia or memory loss

How is the information used?
Know PI is used to verify your account for billing and changes to your plan. Unknown PI, if created in the content, is used by you to help your loved one remember.

Who will have access to the information?
Your information, Known and Unknown PI, is stored in our database for internal use only. We do NOT release, sell, share or distribute your information in any way to any 3rd party. Since there are shareable features to the site, you can choose who you share it with

Options with your information
We strongly advise limiting any personal information you may put in the content your create for your loved one.

Protection of your information
We strongly recommend only sharing site information with trusted parties. We also advise you only access the managing link on you mobile device and also not to share that link with anyone.

Changing your information
You can change any of the unknown PI thru the website. Of the know PI, you can change your email and zip via an email request at connect@klinyx.com

What is not collected?
We do not store any credit card or any billing information. This is why we send the 3rd party billing link via email. We also do not collect or store cookies or IP addresses
